Accommodation Placement Fee and Airport Transfer Fee are non-refundable.
No Airport Transfer fee refund applies if a student cannot locate the driver. The student must call the emergency number for assistance. We will contact the driver to ensure that the student and driver meet. Students who make their own way to the host family without calling the emergency number will not have their transfer refunded.
Cancellation due to visa refusal will incur a service fee and placement & carer setup administration fees. Evidence of visa refusal required.
Cancellation more than two weeks prior to arrival and/or course commencement will incur will incur charges of placement fee, carer setup fee and a Service Fee.
Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival and/or course commencement will incur charges of placement & administration fee, two weeks Homestay Fee, Carer Setup Fee and a Service Fee.
Full homestay fees are only refundable if the cancellation notice is received 48 hours prior to the student’s arrival in Australia. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
After a student’s arrival in Australia, a full refund of homestay fees is at the discretion of Australia Homestay Pro.
